Shipping & Service Level Agreements
- Orders received by Alliance prior to 12:00 noon EST are shipped the same day; next business day for orders received after 12:00 noon EST
- Most Economy Ground orders delivered within 3-5 business days
- You can use your own freight rates or Alliance’s rates
- Alliance has negotiated rates with UPS, USPS and Fedex, which would be passed through to you
- $3 is the approximate shipping cost of a typical single unit LP order via economy ground service (Media Mail)
- All available levels of service (e.g. Ground, Expedited, etc.) are offered through those carriers
- Pre-paid/3rd party billing options are also available
- International shipments – available via DHL Worldmail and UPS to any country served by these carriers
